Kanga Yoga

Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment‐based flow yoga practice using music, gravity and the breath to rediscover and rejuvenate the body and mind. The practice is inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois.

Sri Sri Yoga

Sri Sri Yoga is a discipline, both gentle and powerful, that integrates elements from the different paths of yoga, especially Hatha yoga, uniting the body, mind and breath in awareness. Here the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a joyful and thorough manner, and covers a vast range from breathing techniques to various body postures (asanas) to knowledge and guided meditations.

Yoga Flow // Vinyasa

Vinyasa (open level) will help you feel more alive. Moving mindfully with our breath, in new ways, unites us with our body and with our experience in a way that awakens us to the fullness of our potential. Develop your sense of what's possible through these varied, energising and tension-releasing movement practices. Cultivate a sense of both inner and outer balance, flexibility, strength and grounding. Learn to support and heal weaker places in your body and your heart, and to unleash locked up areas of possibility. This straightforward and uplifting style brings you closer to a freed-up, more vibrant you.

Open Yoga // Hatha

Hatha Yoga means “union through discipline of force”, and emphasises mastery of the body as a way of attaining a state of spiritual perfection in which the mind is withdrawn from external objects. Hatha Yoga has grown in popularity as a form of exercise that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.

Yin Yoga

This slow, quiet style offers a place of refuge in the middle of busy week. A sanctuary and safe space to fully relax is essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. Here, as we gently nurture and tend to raw, tight, or tender parts of our bodies, we journey through the tissues and sensations to a place of greater physical ease, lightness and freedom. We rinse away emotional debris and stagnant thoughts, creating space for inspiration, brightness and joy. Our flexibility benefits greatly, but mostly, we're learning how to simply be.

With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as "life energy". Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.

Budokon means "Way of the Spiritual Warrior" in Japanese. This flow class, combines classical Yoga asana with circular Martial Arts transitions, Budokon signature animal locomotion and life sciences. Always moving with control, precision and awareness, beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome and will become familiar with the core foundation concepts of rolling wave, dancing dog and floating frog. The style is designed to aid in mobility, agility, flexibility and strength while returning to the tradition of self inquiry.

Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Therapies

Ayurveda is India’s natural science of healing. It was established at the same time as the original systems of yoga and meditation and has been in practice since before 5000 BC.Based on a holistic approach to natural health using effective herbs and therapies to correct any imbalance within the body. This ancient practice has spread worldwide as an innovative and comprehensive system on how one can gain balance of body and mind. Ayurveda promotes natural remedies by applying a correct diet, herbal supplements and lifestyle. It deals with every aspect of human life including daily and seasonal routine, prevention of diseases and natural treatments. It focuses on correcting the root cause of the disease rather than correcting symptoms. Consultations from Sri Sri Tattva are coming soon!

Sudarshan Kriya - Follow up sessions

Sudarshan Kriya is a powerful and transformational breathing technique that incorporates specific natural rhythms of the breath which harmonise the body, mind and emotions. This unique breathing technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving you calm yet energised, focused yet relaxed.
Just as there are rhythms in nature - day and night, season after season, similarly, there is a rhythm in the body, mind and emotions. When these rhythms get disturbed, say due to over-working, food habits or busy lifestyle, we feel stressed, discomfort or get an illness. Sudarshan Kriya harmonises the whole system by cleansing our accumulated stresses.

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a Vedic meditation technique which trains your conscious mind to experience the silent depths of your own nature. It is a natural and effortless technique, where both mind and body relax into a state of deep and profound restfulness in which deeply rooted stresses dissolve and the experience of one’s own infinite potential for peace joy and creativity is unfolded. The benefits are immediate, tangible, and cumulative, and the practice itself is relaxing and enjoyable. Unlike guided meditation, Sahaj Samadhi Meditation does not require accessories nor any guidance once learned, and it takes you to a much quieter and deeper place as well. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation teaches “effortless meditation”. It does not require controlling the mind, nor does it require vigilant observation of thoughts and emotion. Receive personalised instruction from our Senior Meditation certified experts, to bring these qualities of increased energy, clarity, joy, and deep inner peace into our daily experience.

Most of the time our individual minds are separate from each other, we each have separate opinions and thoughts. But when we sing and dance together, we are one - Chanting ancient sanskrit mantras, kirtan, satsang and meditation brings our minds into the same vibration and connects us to the source.

Vedic Ceremonies - Guru Puja
